Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of purchase or delivery if items are unopened, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and can be sold as new. For online purchases, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will only be issued as a store credit once items are received and reviewed.

 The following items are final sale: undergarments, gear including car seats, strollers, wagons etc., gear accessories, teethers, pacifiers, feeding accessories, gift cards, and sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you purchased or received it, unopened, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We ask that you have the receipt/order number for proof of purchase. We only offer store credit for returns and do not issue refunds to original method of payment.

To start a return of an online purchase, you must contact us at lisa@momandme.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition, and that all parts are included. Any product that is missing any parts will incur a charge for those missing items. Mom & Me is not responsible for damage sustained in return transit and damaged products will incur a restocking fee based upon their condition. Refunds will only be issued as store credit once items are received and reviewed. Please allow 2-5 days for processing.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AND IT IS BROKEN? 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your package and the items are broken or damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the appropriate shipping courier.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE ITEM(S)?

Item(s) may be exchanged in store within 7 days of purchase. If item(s) exchanged total less than original purchase, remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.

 For online purchases, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have and once the return is accepted, you’ll receive a store credit that can be used towards the new item(s). You can also make an exchange in-store for online purchases if it’s more convenient.
